Sumit Khanna - Founder & CEO
Sumit is a Chartered Accountant and CAIIB with over 20 years of experience across Banking, Digital lending, Credit, Financial services and NBFCs. Over the course of his career, he has held various roles with ICICI Bank, HSBC, DBS Bank and Standard Chartered Bank, and has led Businesses as COO at Neev Credit and Head – Credit, Student Loans at Varthana Finance.
His experience, combined with his understanding of the Commerce student journey—from career exploration and higher-education choices to skills, employability and access to finance—shapes his vision for Edugyd: to help Commerce students look beyond conventional career choices, discover emerging career pathways and make informed decisions about their education and future.
A Fintech Advisor and Financial Literacy Advocate, Sumit is passionate about enabling young people to build the knowledge, skills and financial awareness required to navigate an increasingly dynamic world of work.
At Edugyd, he brings together his experience in financial services, entrepreneurship, technology and financial literacy to build an ecosystem that connects career discovery, guidance, education, financing and employability for Commerce students.
Vinod Khot - Advisor
Vinod is a seasoned Business leader and Advisor with 24+ years of experience across Banking, Analytics, Digital transformation, Fintech, Business growth and Leadership development. He has held senior leadership positions at YES BANK, HSBC and ICICI Bank, leading businesses, large teams and technology-driven transformation initiatives.
Currently, as Managing Partner & Franchise Owner at Dale Carnegie India, Vinod works with organisations and senior leaders on leadership effectiveness, business growth, executive coaching, organisational transformation and capability building. He is also an IICA-certified Independent Director and has advised fintech businesses on growth and transformation.
