Definitions include: Platform, User, Student, Parent, Guardian, Educational Institute, Employer, Counsellor, Lending Partner, Content, Career Report, Assessment, Subscription and Services. Registration is available only to persons competent to contract under Indian law. Users below eighteen years shall use the platform only through or with consent of their parent or legal guardian. Users shall provide complete, accurate and updated information, maintain confidentiality of credentials, immediately report unauthorized access and remain responsible for all activities performed through their account. Edugyd may verify information and suspend inaccurate or fraudulent accounts.
Users consent to receive communications electronically through email, SMS, WhatsApp, notifications or telephone regarding services, transactions, reminders, counselling, admissions, financing, placements and promotional campaigns where permitted by law.
Edugyd may provide psychometric assessments, career recommendations, counselling, educational institute recommendations, course discovery, scholarships, webinars, admission support, fee financing facilitation, employer connect, internship support, placement assistance, educational content, blogs, partner services and any future offerings.
Assessment reports are based upon user responses, scientific methodologies and proprietary algorithms. Results are advisory and should not be treated as guarantees of career success or professional outcomes.
Counselling sessions are intended to provide educational guidance. Users remain solely responsible for decisions relating to education, admissions, employment and finances.
Edugyd may recommend educational institutes or courses based upon preferences, assessments or partner relationships. Recommendations shall not be construed as endorsements or guarantees of quality, approvals, placements or outcomes.
Edugyd only facilitates communication between eligible users and regulated banks, NBFCs or lending partners. Loan sanction, eligibility, pricing, documentation, KYC, repayment obligations and disbursement remain solely with the lender. Edugyd does not guarantee approval or timelines.
Fees for services shall be displayed before purchase. Taxes shall be payable wherever applicable. Payment gateway processing is handled by authorized third parties.
Completed assessments, downloadable reports, counselling sessions and consumed digital services are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise or required by applicable law.
Collection, storage, processing and sharing of personal information shall be governed by the Edugyd Privacy Policy. Users consent to sharing data with institutes, counsellors, lenders, employers, technology providers and statutory authorities to deliver requested services or comply with law.
All software, reports, databases, trademarks, logos, assessment methodologies, models, graphics and educational content belong to Edugyd Solutions Private Limited or its licensors. No copying, resale, reverse engineering or commercial exploitation is permitted without written consent.
Users shall not upload unlawful, defamatory, infringing, obscene or malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, use bots, interfere with platform operations, impersonate others or violate applicable laws.
The platform may integrate with payment gateways, assessment providers, cloud providers, analytics providers, lenders, educational institutions and employers. Edugyd is not responsible for independent acts or omissions of such third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edugyd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from platform usage. Aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edugyd Solutions Private Limited, its directors, employees and affiliates against claims, losses, penalties, liabilities and expenses arising from misuse of the platform, inaccurate information, fraud, intellectual property infringement or breach of these Terms.
Edugyd may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for fraud, security risks, legal requirements, misuse, non-payment or breach of these Terms.
